Fishheads Roe is treated with gentle cure which make the eggs last, with out taking away there natural look and sent. We use no dies in our roe to help with natural presentation. We take pride in only selling the best eggs we get, this makes us confident that the customer is happy with the product and the amount of fish caught.

Fishheads Roe comes in a vac packed bag, to ensure freshness and the fridge shelf life. If you put this roe in the fridge on the top self it should last 4 to 5+ months and if you open it you can keep it in the fridge or freezer still just use and air tight bag. i.e. Ziploc. It will last 1+ years in the freezer. 

This batch of Fishheads Roe comes in a lightly vacuum sealed packed bag and ships from frozen. The bags contain 16oz (1lb)  of roe which should be around 3500+ of mature eggs.

WARNINGS: These eggs are not for human consumption. Air is their worst enemy, when thawed try to keep in an air tight container. These eggs are not suitable for single eggs.
